Hello Daniela, can you introduce yourself in a few words for our readers?
My name is Daniela Olga, i was born in Siberia, but lived in Moscow almost whole my life. I love the arts, creativity, warm countries and discovering new cultures. Since a few years I live in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
What is your profession? How long have you been exercising it?
I am a graphic designer for last 20 years. I have worked as a member of a design team creating decorations in shopping malls of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other republics of the former USSR, for cosmetic and perfume brands such as Chanel, Clarins, Darphin, Dior, Armani and others.
I also do paintings, lettering and interior sketches.
What are you currently working on?
Currently I mostly do interior sketches. Here are some samples :

Has the coronavirus affected your activity?
Before I was a distant employee for advertising agency and for touristic agency. Tourism finished in the beginning of pandemic. Another office was closed due to quarantine. So I have much time for self-education
How long have you been a digital nomad?
I left my country in 2017.
What do you like about this lifestyle?
I’m more efficient when i have the freedom to manage my planning as i want. I also like the freedom to work with new partners. As a beginning I start work from home, after that whole world becomes home.
What are the main difficulties of the nomad digital lifestyle in your opinion?
For me it is question of visas. I choose only countries where I can go without visa.
Which countries have you visited?
Just visit – too many to write all of them. Last 6 months Bali and Laos for example. After 2017 I am in South East Asia only.
Do you have travel plans?
No, I didn’t have plans before virus and now I don’t see any sense to make plans. Nobody knows when we will be able to travel again.
What would be your advice to those who wish to embark on nomadism?
I still don’t think that I am proper “nomad” coz I prefer to have home. Seems I change my homes more often than most of people, but I cannot say that I live in travel.
